overall experience under CEO Jeff Daily was great and it felt like a great company to work for where they valued employees. under new CEO Raul Vargas, employees are just a number and seen as replacable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
taking constructive criticsim. valuing their employees, listening to employees wants/needs, changed terms and conditions of employees roles/job description to better fit the company and in turn hurting thousands of employees in the middle of what feels like a recession. pay for employees os terrible
