Leadership never ignores a problem and are always helpful.

I enjoy the people I work around the most. They make the job less stressful and a fun place to be.

My team helps out in a lot of different ways. It's nice to know I can always find help and support with them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the best part of my compensation package is the STIP payment. It's a nice reward when the company is doing well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone's always trying to make work as fun as possible. We have competitions and celebrations throughout the year with fun rewards. Just today, they were giving out ice cream to everyone.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The only complaint I have about working at Farmers doesn't directly have anything to do with how the company works. There are days where I get very stressed, but it's because of the work we do. Sometimes it's overwhelming and customers can become very agitated when we're evaluating claims.
