I am paid less than white male peers who have no direct reports and do less work by volume and complexity.

Increased mentorship of employees from underrepresented groups to ensure a pipeline of diverse talent is considered at every level in succession planning. Dismantle obsession with hierarchical structure so that anyone can ask anyone for help without requiring their manager's intervention.

Enterprise push to document processes and procedures, to reduce the amount of corporate ignorance perpetuated by tribal knowledge lost due to attrition. Increased attention to pace to increase productivity among the laziest employees. Mandated coordination among departments and lines of business.
