After being told thatvwe havecto work from the crack of dawn on thanksgiving till close because the company really does not value its employees. And none of us gets to see our familys at all on the holidays my disappointment continues to grow with this company

I am paying the bills. And my customers like me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working only part shifts on the holidays. Not a a 12 hournshift. Adjust rest times so its only open in after 3 We are serving food. Not saving lives. Oh here is a thought. Close on thanksgiving and christmas.
