Care about us inside the restaurants. I have called everyone possible all the way to the COO Antonio Bautista and no one cared to call me back

Again, corporate needs to understand how we actually are able to execute their "new role outs" it doesn't always here in the Store as it does in their castle in Plano
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not so much on the process but actually be able to pay more for the positions we are in need so when we look at the applicants we can chose better candidates
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
How about rethinking about salaries. Specially if you live in the bay area and only have 3 manager working in the store? How can I provide for my family with the demanding hours hat they give us.
