What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sloppy restaurant and tables. Cleanliness at an all time low. No pre bussing is done. Tip pool encourages lazy people to slack off
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hostile work environment. Managers have short tempers and blame the employees for things they do wrong. Never positive encouragement, always negative or threatening. They manage by fear.
