It is nice to get some free food but it tends to be "grab what you can" and closers often don't get to eat.

The management has created a toxic environment to the point that most employees who have been there for more than a few months appear bitter and angry.

The management environment and overall culture is extremely negative and somewhat oppressive, much more so than a typical serving job.
