What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Consistency, and standards. to much favoritism; and our gm only knows a few aspects of the resturant. which leads to a dysfunctional mess every holiday/weekend.

Its been good i like to work here ..but not since manager dont care about employees that work hard.. how? Keeping bad employees that makes everything difficult .

it has been pretty good over all but there are several times where i have felt that the Gm does not see my worth or how hard i work. especially when i asked for a raise and he basically said i do not deserve it and then i had two weeks to improve otherwise he does not know what will happen with me.
