The positives are the employees and that is all. Long Phu The GM treats them horribly
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Long Phu is abusive to all staff in front of customers. He bullies staff every shift looking for ways to make their shift harder than it already is. This creates a toxic work environment and in his postion this is completely unaccepltable
