You do too much it can be very stressful …and pay is NOT good at all!!! When i first got hired(which is recently) they told me that i will have to work 26-30 hours and 3 weeks now i work 36-40 hours !!! People there getting advantage of you.company and managers ! Im about to leave them soo

HIRE people so that customers get help faster!!!

Dont have crazy expectations!! dont try to take advantage of workers by any means!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For what they ask people to do they supposed to pay MORE!! and respect peoples personal life-time etc etc! HIRE stuff for the departments that they dont have enough people and don’t expect one person to do everythin
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some people they just being lazy and tend to do anything else than being at their posts! Some they go on multiple breaks some they leave way before their shift ends etc etc. Then u tend to work and going crazy over there!
