It's what you would expect working at a grocery store but most management in the store doesn't show you any sort of respect and they don't do anything but sit around and say youre doing your job wrong when they dont to theirs

I feel as though I don't get paid enough for the amount of work I do
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to show more respect to their employees and stop overworking us and then cut our hours if we have a sick day
