This company is garbage! They do not pay well and it takes the miracle of a god to get promoted. Would definitely not recommend people to seek a long career in this company.

Only postive thing is my coworkers and manager.

They are understanding and just as overworked and underpaid as me.

We get the job done and have some fun while in the process.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company should actually focus on the concerns and wellbeing financial of the workers whose been loyal to the company for years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued beceause im barely getting paid more hourly than a part timer. I would feel better if my pay was better and actually was matching what the competitors give out. I would also feel better if better employee discounts or a program was given to benefit employees.
