Its been a roller coaster sense the coivd pandemic, but the management isnt the same, and the stores are team based at all

Communication and giving someone their right pay when entering the job they were already told about

Communication and drive for anyone well being or care if your giving your all no matter what
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes very, i have been by myself for almost 4 months in a department that's supposed to have atleast 3 people
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Like i said it hasnt been positive or motivational sense the pandemic, no body communicates about goals or help throughout the stores. New managements do nothing but sit in offices and dont interact with their employees or do daily walks in the departments
