This is a sink or swim kind of place. On boarding is .... well non-existent. I have worked a month and no one can tell me how to make the App work for my schedule. No one asked about routing numbers for direct deposit, or what I wanted to claim for dependents etc... I have had to battle through this
What makes you most happy at work?
I like helping the customer.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The culture is in need of a giant make over.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was more of a "hey do you want a job"
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am for the most part allowed to do my Job without interference.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are over worked and can not really focus on training or anything really.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees for the most part do not seem to hold much value. The management seems well compensated.
