I like what I do, but like me, other employees are wondering why the cutback on work hours

When I get more hours, because I havw the opportunity to learn more and interact with team members and customers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To be able to work some decent amount of hours so I actually see what my benefits can do for me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treatment of employees, equally distributing work bours, and stop giving more hours to other employees just because they are friends or family.
