Our management staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. They provide and excellent atmosphere in my department which makes it a happy place to work. They complement the staff when they are dong well and are they whenever you need them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are there when you need them and are very helpful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am part time so these benefits do not apply to me.
What makes you most happy at work?
Preforming my job well. When both customers, team members and managers are happy with how the department looks.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was relaxing and easy to talk with my manager. The only negative things was the computer was super slow but all went well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to be very respectful of each other. Their are some that get annoyed at each other but I always try to step in and keep them atmosphere peaceful and fun.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All people are different so knowing what to expect from each co worker allows me to work with them and not expect anything more then what they have to offer. Some co workers have better work ethics then others. So i work withon they ethics while proforming my best ethics possible.
