Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would like to be paid a better competitive wage, accumulate paid time off as a part time employee, and have a secure venue to discuss workplace grievances without the feeling of risking my position due to management's hostile manner of handling such situations

What makes you most happy at work?

Talking to some of my coworkers while closing and getting to leave on time are generally the only things I would consider "enjoyable" at work. Some coworkers I am able to converse freely and joke with, which makes work much smoother overall and usually increases productivity

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Mostly my coworkers are fine, and I have no problems with most of them, but there will be the occasional few that cause unnecessary upsets. Many that work in my store will stay for only a few months before eventually resigning, due to frustrations with store management

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Hold management to upholding an environment that makes everyone working there feel like they have an impact on what goes on every day, rather than insist on a superiority, and expect that those under management are there solely to do the hard work and serve the managers' random unnecessary requests
