They don't micromanage their associates.

I am able to be me. I make suggestions with are taken seriously and implemented.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am extremely experienced. I know this business very well. Corporate usually awards standard raises. You must justify or negotiate any increase you deem fair with your director.
