You will never make a liveable wage with food lion unless you are a salary manager or work at corporate. We got a 2.3% raise for our yearly raise this year (again) and for most associates that doesn't even come up $.25. All while food lion brags on their millions in profits. Horrible company

Stand up and stop accepting bad pay for back breaking work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is somewhat diverse but even that could use some work
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Low wages, not enough employees and even less hours given to the stores to use.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Making a liveable wage and health benefits that don't cost an arm and a leg would help
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and training and promoting from within the store rather than hiring outside of the company for management positions....especially when the ones they hire have have zero grocery experience
