What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The front end and stockers are so nice, but we are all just unappreciated by our managers. Underpaid and overworked.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My front end is excellent. They all deserve so much better, but they keep getting mistreated or under valued. Everyone is so nice but they just get taken advantage of by the other people who don’t want to work or just don’t show
What makes you most happy at work?
The best days are when we can all come into work and just have everything go smoothly. No call outs, plenty of help up front, everyone is able to do their job stress free. Those days are fewer and fewer now and I don’t have faith that they will return anytime soon with how this store is handl
