Realizing that the industrial standards are wrong and it is causing people to work in a dangerous environment and taking shortcuts involving their safety just to reach production numbers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been told I would make a good leader and supervisor yet they are pursuing a different Avenue and all the positions are still remaining open the open and honest age discrimination is taking place
