Seeing my customers talking to my customers and helping my customers

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better management both the hiring shift manager and the store manager do not do their jobs properly they pick and choose favorites

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Sit down and have the interview instead of getting up every 5 minutes and going out and either talking on the phone or doing something and explaining things a little bit better

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They walk around talking on their phones 5 minute bathroom breaks every 5 minutes including the shift manager she walks around eating and talking on her phone like everybody else does and hollering at people you need to replace her
