Manager hogs up all the hours and the rest get the scraps left like 25 hrs a week but she gets ot. Always saying we are over on payroll whst s joke. We used to come in st 8pm now it 9. But she come in early at 6pm and just sits in an office doing nothing.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Just have one i guess. Was no interview. Just a phone call to start right away.
