My manager is cutting my hours because of my race

My hours were cut unfairly she's not saying anything about what is wrong she's accusing me without watching me work

I would want them to actually look at me for what I do and not judge me on my race

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The manager needs to be fired she's unfairly cutting hours she's not saying anything to me to help she's singling me out for my race
