What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need an interview process, I was not interviewed just put to work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Customers are normally nice as well as coworkers. The environment was fine but I didn't fit in to that environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I had no clue what I was making I have 20yrs cust ser experience I was thinking 15 but was given 13 with no room for questions
What makes you most happy at work?
The freedom to work with my customers and co workers without the co workers making assumptions about me. I was not given a chance at this location. I could bring so much to food lion and there would never be overflowing trash again!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I met a man who was VP of Food Lion, I forgot his name. Anyway, I told him it was my 4th day on the job. He asked how was food lion treating me? I told him I wasn't sure yet. Now I know I do not agree with the duties of cashiers and felt completely ignored when I asked my mod for a trip to get carts
