I loved working there at first. And now I just see that management doesn't do anything really they pass things off to other people when it really isn't their job. At other places I worked the managers would help out up front not pull from other departments.

The people I work with we lift each other up.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt comfortable not nervous like I did at others which was not normal for me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
With the people I work with specifically we help each other out to try and make sure things get done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they work with my schedule and that I am able to work around things going on with my kids.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I do a lot a don't get shown much for it. I ask for more and get cut back to less.
