There was so much drama and just unproductive.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The management needs to change for the work environment to be positive.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management needs to change, how unprofessional and childish they act is unacceptable considering they are grown adults in a management position.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

They need to ask more in depth questions about the person and their morals and not just accept anyone who comes through the door.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to actually act professional, respect their employees, be more productive, and not take breaks off the clock. At one point I was not scheduled for 2 months when I tried to get my hours, overall the worst place I have worked and just extremely unprofessional.
