If the store manager was actually a leader she just plays favorites especially to girls.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they would pay hard workers fairly. They want to pay me someone who stays all night to stock the store and can be a cashier and can also do food lion to go the same as the high school kids that just want to throw trash bags at each other.
