I am definately undervalued while my performance has been flawless.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Sensitivity, empathy and support for employees. My home life has never affected my performance at work. In fact, I have gotten nothing but good reviews and positive feedback about my performance. Not being allowed to return to work due to my private life is insensitive and just plain hateful.
