Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This company turned more profit then ever in 2020. We all did extra jobs all year, wore the suffocating mask while droves of customers worked us to death and they didn't give anything for a raise, they shipped the profits oversees.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
STOP LYING TO APPLICANTS! Tell them about how you plan to take EVERY holiday and Every weekend from them. Let them know it'll take 5 years to get a total of a $1 raise. They also ignore the E.E.O.C, they openly tell interviewees they won't hire people who elect church over work on Sundays.
