Lots of favoritism shown in this company, unfair treatment, assistant manager doesn't always do what they're supposed to and nothing gets done about it. Co-workers are mostly good people, but it's like high school all over again, lots of drama especially on front end. Too much expected, little time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not much to say, the ones that are good are great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honestly if there was an in-between option I'd have selected it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees are expected to give their all to this company, some of the ones who should be paid higher don't get what they deserve, 18 year olds make more than people who've been there for years and actually do their job. Employees are treated bad by customers as well.. nothing is done about it $$$
