At first, I absolutely loved going to work everyday. Now, i am to the point I dread going. Im not being treated fairly, and when i speak up for myself it never makes a difference.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co-workers are easy to get along with, except for the Lead manager.
What makes you most happy at work?
When a customer comes to me and tells how much they love seeing me in there working hard!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I get along with just about everyone in each department. Its nice being able to talk with other members of the team!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our Lead Manager is super hard to get along with. The Assistant manager is by far the best! He deserves to take the lead.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was great, it was short and straight to the point. The lead Manager was happy, and I dont know what changed but she is NOT the same person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because for the amount of work that I do, on top of picking up the slack from other members in my department, I am not given even praise for my work. Others who do LESS than me are given so much praise its quite disturbing.
