Not enough help, terrible pay despite higher position, district manager doesn't help, pathetic amount of covid safety precaution when first hit.

the one i had was very short due to the lack of help

We need to be paid better, we need to have proper help, we need better covid safety measures
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is in the same boat we all look out for each other even though we are treated like trash by the district manager
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
better pay, I worked though the pandemic that we are still in and my pay has only increase one dollar which is still not enough to get to the national average
