The care and concern for the customer. My grandmother chose her place of rest to be forest lawn glendale. Mom kept her wishes. Now both parents and grandma are resting in that location.. i admire the grounds and the emplotees that serve the families. Big Thank you to everyone..
Management does NOT care about their staff. Forest Lawn will only ever protect the name Forest Lawn and mangement - never the workers. Gaslighting specialists who are staunchly anti-union because they know everyone would strike. Save yourself. Go elsewhere.
Horrible company, ANTI-UNION, low paying job not worth the responsibility
Overall, its a fine place to work if you are looking to step into the industry or if you are at a point where tou are just looking for a stable income. Not much room for growth unless you are connected to the right people. Not much diversity within the different locations.
