I don't really like the leadership team. They're too client oriented.
Live by the values. Push each other and do cool stuff. Fewer meetings. Less over-planing.
Most of the talk more than they execute. Strategy and consultancy are great, but on my projects I had to care the bulk of the work.
While we have great values, we don't live them. Lots of talk, but too little execution. There's some transparency in the evaluation process, but everything about is arbitrary and subjective. I'd want more clarity: this is the measurable goals you need to hit, not how many people like you.
