So far, I've seen the best type of management - the one that shares the general mission and asks how they could help. No micromanagement. In terms of colleagues, everybody is responsive, kind and mindful, regardless of their seniority level or blocked schedule.

The freedom and trust. This allows me to express my creativity and own what I do.

The trust and kindness. When people trust you to do you work, you feel a lot more involved and obligated to not let them down. Best motivator ever!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Dolla dolla $. I was attracted to the unlimited paid vacation, but I don't think any of my team members are taking more than 20 days yearly, so not sure how much of a perk it is :D
