What makes you most happy at work?
The challenges, the growth opportunities, the career path and all the people I get to interact to, on a daily basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Theorem is heavily invested in remaining as a great company, despite the growth it has seen and continues to see every month. The most positive thing I see is the fact that the company hasn't lost any of its inherent values, but they are just getting stronger.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a team of a globally distributed people. My team is really diverse and the fact that one can be working with teammates from so many parts of the world, and the variety of cultures one can get to experience is one of the best things about it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always on the lookout for new and improved ways to make every one of us part of the Theorem culture. One of the best thing they do, is care and take actions to make that happen. They are not just waiting for us to raise concerns, but they are proactively addressing them.
