What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they show quite clearly that they value the talent that we are able to recruit and retain, and know that as an organization, Theorem is a reflection of its people. For me, knowing that I contribute to that value motivates me to do my best work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think most people at Theorem are genuinely trying to build relationships with their coworkers. I feel like I am getting to know people more and more every day, and despite Theorem being remote, I honestly feel like I will eventually have better working relationships here than with past employers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all work from home in different countries and continents, and having that in common with EVERYONE at Theorem puts people on a more level playing field. Voices are heard, and you get exposed to different ways of working, different ways of life really. I understand the importance of this diversity.
