Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The people I have worked with have been very good on all of the projects I have been a part of, we could have been better with some management aspects of those projects, but the customers were happy with the results. Sometimes we don't always work on things which are interesting, sometimes we do.

Very clear and constant communication

Pay is good and asynchronous working means I can be more flexible

Working with great people, building great things which will make our customers lives better

I feel that the team are open - there is a good drum beat of communication coming from Brady down
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the people I have worked with have been good at communicating and were focussed on delivering the best outcome for the customer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most important thing is that Th1 has a good sense of what it wants its culture to be and they have tried to codify that. Beyond that the radical candor and extreme ownership are great (if sometimes difficult) pillars to build a remote-first organisation around.
