I like being in control of my schedule. There are a lot of intelligent and interesting people at TH1 and I believe this will add value.

Openness, improvement and constantly changing
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To be honest, many of these questions are vague and I do not interact with the executive or Leadership teams to give a fair answer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued. Nor upset about my salary but I know it is not competitive within the marketplace. I really like TheoremOne and there is no angst about my position.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Nothing is going wrong with TheoremOne. The question was, am I excited. I would not describe my experience of starting work as exciting. However, I do like the team and how we are innovating processes
