I've worked here for 5+ years and have worked on many projects and in different roles. I've always been pleasantly surprised with how the culture has stayed the same as we have grown and how many wonderful people have joined the team. The client projects are challenging and unique.

I love helping others (consulting) and having a observable/measurable impact at work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive market salaries combined with remote work and no micromanagement. It's a great balance for tech.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is collaborative, pragmatic, and teaches/learns from one another. People are generally good listeners and productive/hard working.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team is results-oriented, decisive, and make bold decisions. I know some of the decisions have been hard, but they've strengthened our company.
