The empathy I feel from my leaders is reflected in my team. I feel we all care about each other as much as we care about our individual work.

Knowing that I am working on software that is used by Apple employees in every Apple store. That makes me feel my job matters. I work on meaningful projects.

I work with a team of highly competent professionals who really care about their craft and it shows. Like-minded individuals who are all here to do great work and grow in their careers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They behave like leaders, and not bosses. They make clear that their job is to assist me in any way necessary, not to hold me accountable for my failures. If the ball is dropped, they are right there to help you pick it back up. Not there to judge you.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I often see job postings for my position at different companies for a higher wage. I often hear peers mention the same. We claim to be a white glove shop, which justifies our rates to our clients. But I don't see that reflected in my compensation. I feel I'm below average for the industry.
