TheoremOne is a great place to work. It's not for everyone, because we set high standards for ourselves and each other. But I've never worked anywhere where I've learned as much or managed to make such an impact for customers.

This is a continuous learning organization, and we all help each other learn (in the broadest sense of the term).

We make forward progress on projects every day. My work helps the team move forward and helps our customers in tangible ways. I enjoy the collegial working environment and feeling of common purpose.

My team mates are skilled in their domains but are also the kind of people I enjoy working with because they take responsibility for their work and for the overall success of the team.

We hire curious people, we can have strong debates about how to move forward, and team mates are able to leave their egos at the door in pursuit of the best outcomes. I learn from my team mates every day.
