My team is very enthusiastic and encouraging, even when we are struggling through the more difficult parts of the program.

Despite our rapid growth, the leadership team continues to make themselves highly available to everyone in the company, new hires and seasoned veterans alike.

Everyone practices ownership and teamwork in a way that shows trust and humility. There is no finger pointing. We win or lose as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The automatic trust and friendship exhibited by the team is incredible. I feel treated like an adult and a peer, never like I need to fight for respect or to be treated well.
