They are forward-thinking. They're not afraid to take calculated risks to ensure the long-term viability of the company.

We put our egos aside for what's best for the company, and celebrate our wins when it's appropriate.
What makes you most happy at work?
When the client is happy with the work we are doing, knowing that they've paid for good products and better people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're fearless, and recognize the tough decisions they have at this stage of growth, and most importantly being transparent about those decisions with the team.
