I've been here for more than two years now and I continue to feel the same way than when I joined. TheoremOne is certain the best company I have ever worked at. I hope that continues to be the case for a long time.

Everyone is always happy and ready to help.

Their readiness to help and their proactiveness to address the issues that affect us as employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
The opportunity to face challenging projects and work with smart colleagues that allow me to learn something new and useful pretty much every day.

Everyone is always ready to help and those I have interacted with so far are open to feedback and are candid when giving feedback to others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The passion for building a diverse and inclusive culture for all of the employees regardless of where they are physically located. I love the way TheoremOne leaders empower us to be better by embracing our differences.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Remote means remote and all async tools are correctly leveraged to enable us to be efficient and diligent about the distributed nature of the company. The things that matter the most are you as a person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Truly remote-first mindset and goal-oriented culture. Results are what matter and no one is looking at when or how you do your job, as long as it's fine with you. I like that the culture is all about sharing and collaborating toward a common goal.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with so many smart people and facing hard challenges. We are seen like a company that solves problems that no other companies have been able to solve for our customers and we do it from a multi-disciplinary approach, tackling those hard problems from several angles.
