Global organization produces a higher level of inclusion.

Collaboration. Communication. Ownership. And above all for me, acceptance of who I am.

What makes you most happy at work?

When a candidate says that this is the best interview they've ever been in, and they want to change their interviewing process.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are open to feedback and request it. While they still may not accept all feedback, I at least know I can reach out and start a conversation

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My compensation hasn't kept up with rising inflation, and doesn't represent the technical and leadership capabilities I require for my role. That said, this difference is worth the extra ownership I feel in my job.
