They are supportive, genuine and kind. And absolutely excellent at their jobs
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being who you are. And turns out who we are is pretty great. Is a culture of encouragement and constant improvement. I feel like I can be myself here and that there is space for growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I really wanted to be hired here and didn't want to be cut out due to salary, so it was actually me who undervalued myself, because you are paying me what I asked for in the interview process. But I hope that I can show my worth and earn a better salary soon.
