My experience has been almost entirely positive since I joined the company. And what wasn't positive, really wasn't terribly negative. More like neutral. Brady did a great job keeping everyone calm during the latest transition.

We have each other's backs. It isn't a competition.

They are dedicated to promoting from within if at all possible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance for which I contribute very little, but the coverage is great.
What makes you most happy at work?
That there is a camaraderie amongst my teammates despite being fully dispersed in a remote environment. This company knows how to foster teamwork
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open communication. People are expected to have opinions and to state them, but be prepared to back them up. The Founder publicly thanked an IC for pointing out where he was making an error in his thinking about something.
