I can make an impact here. My suggestions are listened to. I feel comfortable giving people feedback and get valuable feedback regularly, and in real-time, which helps me grow. I can laugh and bond with people here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There aren't pre-defined salary ranges for roles. Instead management actually treats each person as an individual, not a product sku or category, and looks at all of their attributes and skills holistically to come up with a compensation package. You can also increase in comp quickly.
